Grand Ballroom

The Grand Ballroom is our premier large-scale event venue, offering an expansive 488sqm pillarless space on level one of the Conference Centre in Brisbane. Designed for conferences, gala events and major corporate functions, the ballroom features a 3.8m ceiling, abundant natural light and sweeping outlooks across Roma Street Parklands.

Operable walls allow the Grand Ballroom to open into one impressive space or divide into smaller rooms, providing exceptional flexibility for multi-session events, exhibitions or breakout formats. Built-in audiovisual capabilities, delivered by preferred partner Scene Change, support seamless presentations and large-scale production requirements. A dedicated pre-function area and adjoining private terrace bar create an ideal setting for arrivals, catering breaks and post-event networking, with convenient lift access for all guests.
